Residential Plots - Unitech Sizes of Plots: Plots in the community are available in 3 sizes i.e. 358, 502 and 1004 square yards. Prices Basic Sale Price (BSP) : Rs. 12500/- per sq. yard *Prices mentioned above are escalation free. *The Company would pay to the Allottee(s) Rs.50/- per sq. yard per month of Area of the plot for any delay in offering possession of the plot beyond the period of 36 months from the date of execution of the agreement to sell. Similarly, the allottee(s) would also be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 50/- per sq. yard per month of Area of the Plot if the allottee(s) fails to take possession of the plot within 21 days from the date of issuance of possession letter or fails to clear his final dues within 30 days of issuance of final notice of possession. *The Maintenance Charges @ Rs. 1.50/- per sq. yard (indicative / approx.) per month of Area of the plot for a period of three years, shall be payable in advance before the Possession of the Plot is handed over to the Allottee(s). *The above Prices/Payment Plans are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the Company. PLC- Park facing/adjacent/rear to plot, Corner plot, plot facing or rear to road of 18 meter or more. The payment schedule for the plot is as under:
